About Us

Neat and Repeat Cleaning is a family run business built by a mother and daughter who turned decades of hands on experience into a company known for quality, consistency, and strong local roots.

Our story started in January 1991, almost by accident. At the time, Rhonda Leon was working as a medical technician in a doctor’s office in Stuart. When the regular cleaning company went on vacation, she volunteered to take over the cleaning.

She loved it. She saw it as a chance to bring the office back to the standard it deserved. Over time, the quality from the previous service had slipped. Rhonda restored it, and the difference was immediately noticed.

It quickly became clear that Martin County needed a high quality, detail focused cleaning service. Rhonda took a leap and turned her passion into a business. Within a short time, she built a strong client base throughout Stuart, Palm City, Sewall’s Point, Jensen Beach, Rio, and Hobe Sound. Custom Cleaning of the Treasure Coast was born and earned a reputation for reliability, professionalism, and results.

Rachel grew up alongside the business. From a young age, she tagged along on jobs and estimates, learning firsthand what it meant to take pride in your work. As a teenager, she spent her summers on construction cleanups, wiping down cabinets, polishing fixtures, and cleaning woodwork and baseboards until every surface shined. Her eye for detail stood out quickly, and before long, she was helping train new team members.

She even saved her summer paychecks to buy her first car, a small but meaningful reflection of the work ethic that still defines our company today.

Inspired by her mom and backed by a degree in Business Management from Florida State University, Rachel launched a Palm Beach County branch of the business. Using the same values and standards, she grew Custom Cleaning of the Palm Beaches into a trusted operation serving homes and offices throughout Palm Beach Gardens, Jupiter, Tequesta, and West Palm Beach.

Today, we operate under one unified brand, Neat and Repeat Cleaning. We proudly serve clients from Palm Beach to Martin County and beyond. Our team is made up of trusted professionals who are trained in house to deliver consistent, high quality results. Every cleaner is handpicked, background checked, bonded, and insured so you can feel confident welcoming us into your home or office.
