Apartment Cleaning in Stuart, FL

We clean apartments two very different ways.

For residents, it is recurring service. The same two people, on a schedule, keeping a unit fresh without you giving up a Saturday.

For property managers and owners, it is turnover work. One tenant out, the unit reset, the next tenant in, and a short window between the two.

Apartment cleaning in Stuart covers both. We have been working Martin County properties since 1991.

A small space is not less work than a house. It is different work.

Everything is closer together, so mess spreads faster and shows sooner. One counter covers what three counters cover in a house. Storage is tight, which is why light tidying comes standard on every visit.

A regular visit covers your kitchen, bathroom, living area, and bedrooms. Counters, cabinet fronts, appliance exteriors, sink, and inside the microwave. Bathroom top to bottom. Floors vacuumed and mopped. Dusting throughout. Trash taken out to the property’s disposal.

Detail items like fan blades, baseboards, and door frames get worked in on a rotation across your visits.

Most residents run bi-weekly, which is our most popular schedule. Weekly makes more sense with pets or roommates.

For residents living in the unit

For property managers and owners

Turnovers have one thing in common. There is never enough time between move-out and move-in.

We clean the unit so it is ready to show and ready to hand over. That means inside cabinets and drawers, inside the closets, appliance exteriors, baseboards, window tracks, and the bathroom taken down to clean rather than tidied.

Oven and refrigerator interiors are add-on services. On a turnover, most owners want both, so tell us up front and we will price them in.

If you manage several units, we can work through them on a schedule rather than one call at a time. Tell us your typical lease-end dates and we will plan around them.

We also handle common areas, clubhouses, and laundry rooms. That side of the work sits under our commercial cleaning service and can run nights or weekends so residents are not walking through a crew.

Insurance and access, sorted before we arrive

We are licensed, bonded, and insured, and we carry workers’ compensation on all employees.

If your property management company needs a Certificate of Insurance naming them as an additional insured, we can provide one on request. Most complexes want it on file before a vendor works on the property, so ask when you book.

Every cleaner is a W-2 employee of this branch. Not a contractor, not a marketplace worker. On a property with residents and keys and gates, that distinction is the whole point.

For security we do not keep client keys. Gate codes, door codes, lockboxes, or a leasing office handoff all work. Tell us which and it goes in the file.

Home cleaning is scheduled Monday through Friday, 8 AM to 5 PM. Commercial and common-area work can run outside those hours.

What we run into in Stuart apartments

Humidity in closed rooms. A unit that sits vacant between tenants with the air off gets musty fast in summer. Tell us if it has been closed up and we will plan for more time.

Sand and grit. Anywhere near beach access, it comes in on shoes and settles in entry floors, door tracks, and shower drains.

Old grout and older caulk. Common in Stuart’s long-standing rental stock. It cleans up better than people expect, but it takes a deep clean, not a regular visit.

Kitchen film. Warm, humid air keeps cooking grease soft, so it grabs dust on cabinet fronts and range hoods.

If a unit is past what a standard visit can fix, we will say so and quote a deep clean instead of overpromising.

How we quote apartment cleaning

We price with an estimating tool that reads size, condition, and scope. For turnovers, condition is the whole story, so we look at the unit before quoting when we can.

You get an upfront price rather than an hourly meter. If a unit needs significantly more time than we planned, we call before we go past the quote. You approve the extra time or tell us which rooms to prioritize.

There are no long-term contracts. Residents can pause or adjust any time. Owners can book one turnover or keep us on standing rotation.

Our teams speak English and Spanish, bring their own supplies, use people-friendly and pet-friendly products, and run HEPA-filter vacuums.

Our Treasure Coast branch holds a 5.0 star rating across 345 Google reviews. We serve Stuart, Rio, Palm City, Jensen Beach, Port Salerno, Hobe Sound, Sewall’s Point, and Port St. Lucie.

What we need from you before a turnover

Turnovers go wrong for boring reasons. Most of them are avoidable.

The unit needs to be empty. Not mostly empty. Left-behind furniture and boxes turn a turnover into a partial clean, and neither of us wants that conversation.

Utilities need to be on. Water and power both. We cannot clean a unit without them, and a summer unit with the air off is a different job entirely.

Trash needs to be out. If the previous tenant left bags, tell us in advance so we can plan for it.

Tell us about damage. Stained carpet, burned countertops, and cracked tile are not cleaning problems. We will flag what we find, but we would rather you know going in.

Give us the real deadline. If a new tenant moves in the next morning, say so on the call. That changes how we schedule the crew.
