It all began in Stuart back in 1991. Rhonda Leon started cleaning local homes and offices, and she quickly earned a name for careful, steady work. Rhonda is a third-generation Stuart native, and her daughter Rachel was born here too, which makes her fourth generation. After more than 35 years serving the same neighbors, we are the longest-standing cleaning company in the area. Many of our clients have stayed with us for over 25 years. We treat every home like our own, and if anything is ever off, we make it right.

Every person on our Treasure Coast team is a W-2 employee of this branch. We never use subcontractors or gig workers. Each cleaner is background-checked and covered by Workers' Comp, so you are fully protected in your home.

No long-term contracts, ever. We would rather earn your business one clean at a time than tie you down with a signature. You can change or pause your service whenever you need to. We do ask every client to agree to our Terms of Service first, so we are clear on scheduling, access, and payments before we begin.

Life happens, and we get it. Just give our office at least two business days (48 business hours) notice before your visit to avoid a fee. With more than 48 business hours' notice, there is no charge. Between 24 and 48 business hours, the fee is half the job price. Under 24 business hours, it is the full job price. When you hold a recurring spot, we set that time aside just for you, so short-notice changes are hard to fill.

Yes. Our cleaners are background-checked, trained in our methods, and fully insured. Neat and Repeat is licensed, bonded, insured, and an ISSA-certified cleaning company.

No. Our team brings everything needed. Prefer that we use your own products? Just let us know and we can go over pricing. We bring our own ladders for the first deep clean. For regular visits, we ask that you keep a safe ladder on hand for our team to use.
