Neat & Repeat is a family-run business built by a mother and daughter who turned decades of hands-on experience into a company known for its quality, consistency, and local roots.
It all started in January 1991, almost by accident. At the time, Rhonda Leon was working as a medical technician in a Stuart doctor’s office. When the regular office cleaning company went on vacation, she volunteered to handle the cleaning herself.
She jumped at the chance because she truly loved to clean. She saw it as an opportunity to get the office back to the standard it deserved. Over the years, the regular cleaners had gotten comfortable with the account, and the quality had slipped. Rhonda brought it back to life.
It quickly became obvious that Martin County had a real need for a high-quality, detail-oriented cleaning service. So Rhonda took a leap and turned her passion into a business. Within a short time, she had built a strong client base in Stuart, Palm City, Sewall’s Point, Jensen Beach, Rio, and Hobe Sound. Custom Cleaning of the Treasure Coast was born and soon earned a reputation for reliability, professionalism, and results.
Meanwhile, Rhonda’s daughter Rachel grew up around the business. From a young age, she would occasionally tag along on jobs and estimates, getting an early look at the dedication and high standards that set her mom’s company apart. As a teenager, she worked summers on construction cleanups, wiping down cabinetry, polishing fixtures and cleaning woodwork and baseboards until every surface shined. Her sharp eye for detail quickly stood out, and before long, she was training new team members herself.
She even saved up her summer paychecks to buy her first car, which is a true reflection of the hard work and determination that defines us.
Inspired by her mom’s example and backed by a degree in Business Management from Florida State University, Rachel launched her own branch in Palm Beach County. With the same values and vision, she grew Custom Cleaning of the Palm Beaches into a respected, high-performing operation that served homes and offices across Palm Beach Gardens, Jupiter, Tequesta, and West Palm Beach.
Today, under one unified brand called Neat & Repeat Cleaning, we proudly serve clients from Palm Beach to Martin County and beyond. We have built a team of trusted professionals, trained in-house to deliver consistent, high-quality results. Every cleaner is handpicked, background checked, bonded, and insured so you can feel completely confident in who is in your home or office.
