  • Bathrooms: Sanitize tubs, showers, toilets, vanities, mirrors, and floors. Cabinet exteriors included

  • Bedrooms and Living Areas: Dust reachable light fixtures and fans, clean baseboards, door frames, door handles, and switches. Vacuum and mop all floors

  • Cleaning the inside of all cabinets and drawers throughout the home

  • Move in and move out cleanings are designed for empty homes and focus on details that are not always accessible during recurring service. With no furniture in the way, we are able to clean baseboards, vents, fixtures, doors, and other exposed areas more thoroughly so the home is ready for new occupants or a smooth handoff.

  • No. As long as we have access to the home, you do not need to be there. Many clients schedule move out cleanings after they have already moved or before they arrive at their new home. We are happy to coordinate access in whatever way is easiest for you.

  • The time required depends on the size of the home and its overall condition. While an empty home may seem quicker to clean, move in and move out cleanings typically take longer than a recurring visit.

    With furniture and belongings removed, we are able to clean behind and under areas that are not regularly accessible, along with surfaces that may not have been detailed in some time. This allows us to fully reset the home and bring everything up to standard.

    We provide an estimated time with your quote and will always communicate if additional time is needed.

  • Cleaning inside appliances and cabinets is available as an add on service. Most people choose to add inside cabinets and drawers, along with the inside of the oven and refrigerator, to their move in or move out cleaning.
