What’s Included in Our Empty Home Cleanings
When a home is vacant, cleaning goes beyond the basics. Our standard service includes:
Kitchens: Clean and wipe down cabinet exteriors, sinks, countertops, appliance exteriors, and all flooring
Bathrooms: Sanitize tubs, showers, toilets, vanities, mirrors, and floors. Cabinet exteriors included
Bedrooms and Living Areas: Dust reachable light fixtures and fans, clean baseboards, door frames, door handles, and switches. Vacuum and mop all floors
Available add-ons:
Cleaning the inside of all cabinets and drawers throughout the home
Deep cleaning of the inside of the refrigerator and oven
Wall wipe-downs
Garage cleaning

When your home is set up correctly and on a recurring schedule we are able to maintain most detail items such as fan blades, baseboards, and door frames through a thoughtful rotation built into your regular visits. Occasionally if something cannot be worked in due to time constraints we will reach out to let you know and offer the option of adding time.
