A star rating tells you less than the words under it. Here is what to look for.
Names that repeat. If reviewers name the same cleaners again and again, the company keeps its people. If every review names someone new, expect a new face at your door.
How the owner answers a problem. Look at the replies to complaints, not just the praise.
How long people have stayed. A review from a client of many years says more than one from last week.
Price surprises. Reviews about a bill bigger than the quote are a warning sign.

You get the same two-person team every visit. If one is out, the other comes with a backup who already knows the home.
Every cleaner is a W-2 employee. We carry workers' compensation, and we are licensed, bonded, and insured.
Some of our team members have been here 18 years. Some of our clients have been with us more than 25.
If something is missed, tell the office within 24 hours and we come back to fix it.
If a job needs more time than we quoted, we call you before we go over.
