What We Do Not Do, and Why
We do not pull the stove or the refrigerator out from the wall. Moving appliances risks scratched floors and damaged water lines. If you move them out, we clean behind them.
For safety, the team also does not move anything over 20 pounds. That is the same rule we follow in every room.
