If Someone Else Runs Your Household Calendar

Some Old Palm homes have a house manager, an assistant or a family office handling vendors. That's fine with us. Tell us who our contact should be, and we'll schedule, confirm and follow up through that person.

A few things your contact should know:

Gate access. Tell us you're in Old Palm before we quote. We need gate codes or prior authorization, and Neat and Repeat Cleaning should be on the approved vendor list for your cleaning days.
Reminders. We send text or email reminders before each cleaning. Since delivery isn't guaranteed, put cleaning days on the household calendar too.
Arrival. The first appointment of the day, at 8:00 AM, is the only guaranteed arrival time. Other visits have a plus or minus 45-minute window.

When You're Away

If you travel or split time between homes, your cleaning can keep going while you're gone. You don't need to be home. A door keypad, garage keypad or lockbox gives the team access, and we can provide a lockbox for $30.

Two rules matter most for homes that sit empty:

Keep the air on. Our team can't clean if the air conditioning is off or the house is above 78 degrees inside. If the AC is broken or can't be turned on, the full cleaning price still applies, so set the thermostat at 78 or below for cleaning days.
Water and power. We also need running water and power to clean.

Keep a recurring schedule through the months you're away, or book a one-time spring cleaning before you return.

Storm Season and Holidays

Hurricane season is part of life here. We may close when severe weather makes it unsafe for our staff. If local schools close for weather, we may close too. When that happens, we contact you to reschedule.

We're also closed on New Year's Day, Memorial Day, the Fourth of July, Labor Day, Thanksgiving and Christmas. If your regular day lands on one, we'll reach out a week or two ahead to move it.

Valuables, Art and Fragile Pieces

Estate homes often hold pieces that can't be replaced. Here is how we handle them, so there are no surprises.

Store what matters most. Please put away fragile, valuable and sentimental items before a cleaning.
Tell us what to skip. We note it, and your team sees those notes each time they sign in at your home.
Some items stay off limits. We may decline to clean items that are unstable, top-heavy or delicate.
If something is damaged. Report it within 24 hours. If our employee damaged it, we repair or replace it at our discretion. High-value items may need proof of value.

What a Regular Visit Includes

Each visit follows a top-to-bottom routine for every room we clean.

Kitchen. Cabinet and drawer fronts, counters and backsplash, stainless steel polished, the sink and the microwave inside and out.
Bathrooms. Showers and tubs, including door tracks and drains, plus toilets, vanities and mirrors.
Living areas and bedrooms. Ceiling fans and light fixtures dusted when reachable, cobwebs cleared, beds made and floors vacuumed and mopped.

Fan blades, baseboards and door frames are cleaned on a rotation across visits. If something can't be finished in the time booked, we tell you and offer to add time.

Large Homes and Accurate Quotes

Homes over 5,000 square feet are not quoted over the phone. Our team walks through the home to give you an accurate estimate.

Pricing is based on labor hours. We usually work in teams of two, and occasionally more technicians help. Every price is confirmed when the team arrives. After a Renovation

Homes get updated. When the contractors leave, fine dust settles on every ledge, vent and cabinet. Our renovation cleaning clears it out.

Before you book, make sure the work is fully finished, including flooring, paint and fixtures. The home also needs water, power and air conditioning. Dust can keep settling after the first cleaning, so a second visit is sometimes recommended.

Supplies and Your Preferences

We bring all standard cleaning supplies, including HEPA-filter vacuums. If you prefer a certain product on your stone or wood, tell us in advance and we'll use it. We'll need its safety data sheet on file. For safety, we don't use floor steamers, and our team keeps shoes on inside. We also don't move anything over 25 pounds, so move a sofa or fridge before the visit if you want behind it cleaned.

For recurring visits, please keep a 6-foot ladder or a three-step ladder with a rear rail on hand. We bring ladders for the first cleaning.
