Our prices are based on labor hours, not a flat rate per bedroom. We usually work in teams of two, and each technician's time counts toward the total.

Here is a simple example. A cleaning scheduled for 8 labor hours with two technicians takes about 4 hours on site. If they arrive at 8:00 AM, they finish around noon.

What sets the number of hours?

Square footage. More floor takes more time.
Bedrooms and bathrooms. Each extra bathroom adds time.
People and pets. A busy house needs more attention than a quiet one.
How the home is used. A home office, playroom or kitchen in daily use adds time.
How often we come. Homes on a steady schedule take less time per visit.

Recurring cleaning: most clients start around $225 a cleaning. Recurring clients also receive a special discount on services.
Initial deep cleaning: a first deep clean can take two to three times longer than a regular visit, so it costs more.
One-time cleaning: same scope as a recurring visit, but it takes more time because the home hasn't been on a schedule.
Move-in and move-out cleaning: priced on the home's size and condition.

Why You May Need a Deep Clean First

We explain this early so it isn't a surprise. If a home has heavy buildup or hasn't been cleaned professionally in a while, we may require an initial deep cleaning before recurring visits begin.

Old buildup takes far more time to remove than a week or two of new dust. A deep clean includes hand-washing baseboards and woodwork, plus fans, vents and high shelves we can reach with a 6-foot ladder. After that reset, your regular visits stay shorter and more affordable.

Price Changes and Surprise Fees

Online reviews of cleaning companies show a pattern. People describe quotes that changed once the crew arrived, or charges that showed up after the fact. Here is exactly how we handle it, so there is nothing to guess about.

Prices are confirmed on arrival. Every estimate is subject to a final look when your team arrives.
We ask before adding time. If your home needs more time than planned, we contact you first. You can approve more time, or we focus on your priority rooms within the hours booked.
Price updates come with notice. If the size, use or condition of your home changes over time, we may adjust your price. We tell you before it changes.

Fees to Know About

These come straight from our terms of service:

Cancellations. Give at least two business days (48 business hours) of notice. Cancel with less than 48 business hours and the fee is 50% of the job. Less than 24 business hours is 100%.
Lockouts. If we can't get in, the full cleaning fee applies.
Air conditioning. If the AC is off or the home is above 78 degrees inside, we can't clean. If the AC is broken or can't be turned on, the full price applies.
Payment. Residential cleanings are paid on the day of service with a card on file.

Florida Sales Tax and House Cleaning

Here's a local detail worth knowing. In Florida, residential cleaning is not subject to sales tax. That includes single-family homes, condos and apartments.
