Is a One-Time Clean the Same as a Deep Clean?

Not always. It depends on your home.

If your home has been kept up, a single visit can be a standard clean: kitchen, bathrooms, dusting, and floors. If it has been a while, it needs a deep clean, with time for baseboards, grout, and window tracks.

We sort that out with you on the phone and at a short walkthrough. We do not sell a deep clean to every caller.

How One-Time Pricing Works

We give you a ballpark on the phone. Our estimating tool looks at your home's size, its current condition, and what you want done. You get an upfront price before we start.

If the home needs a lot more time than planned, we call before we go past the quoted amount. You can approve the time or have us focus on the rooms that matter most.

Before We Arrive

Leave the air conditioning on. If the indoor temperature is over 78 degrees when the team arrives, they cannot clean, and the visit is still charged. Homes that sat closed over a Florida summer often have the thermostat set high, so turn it down the day before.
Close the door to any room you want skipped. A closed door means skip it, no note needed.
Put away valuables and anything one of a kind. The team does not move anything over 20 pounds.
Set up access. We do not hold house keys. A door code, garage code, or lockbox works.

On one-time cleanings, the team may take before-and-after photos of work areas, never of personal items. You can decline by signing a waiver, but our satisfaction guarantee does not apply without them.

Same Team Standards as Our Regular Clients

A one-time job gets the same crew setup as a weekly client. Two people, both W-2 employees. We carry workers' compensation, and we are licensed, bonded, and insured. We bring our own supplies, including HEPA-filter vacuums, and our teams speak English and Spanish.
