Office hours are 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, Monday through Friday. Residential cleanings run during those same hours, and Saturdays may be available on request for special occasions.

Lost Tree has both condos and single-family homes, and each gets its own routine.

Single-family homes. Larger homes take more labor hours. Homes over 5,000 square feet are not quoted over the phone. Our team walks through the home to give you an accurate estimate.

Beach Days and a Busy House

Living near the water means beach towels, sandy shoes and doors that open to the pool. A regular routine keeps that from building up.

Floors are vacuumed and mopped in every room, including stairs and area rugs.
Doors are cleaned on both sides, including French and sliding doors.
Mirrors and glass are cleaned streak free inside.
Upholstered furniture is vacuumed as needed.

Our Palm Beach Gardens branch cleans interior windows only. We can add interior window cleaning to your visit.

Access When You're Not Home

You don't need to be home while we clean. Here's how access works:

Keypads and lockboxes. A door keypad, garage keypad or lockbox works best. We can provide a secure lockbox for $30. We try not to hold keys for residential clients.
Alarms. Turn your alarm off before we arrive, or give us the code and steps. We reset it when we leave.
Air conditioning. If you're away, keep the air on. We can't clean a home that's above 78 degrees inside. If the AC is broken or can't be turned on, the full price still applies.

Before Each Visit

A few minutes of prep lets the team spend its time cleaning.

Pick up clothes, papers and beach gear so surfaces are clear.
Put dishes away so the kitchen gets a full clean.
Keep pets out of the rooms being cleaned. Our team can't move pets.
Store valuables and fragile pieces.
Keep a 6-foot ladder or a three-step ladder with a rear rail on hand for recurring visits. We bring ladders for the first cleaning.

Your Privacy Stays Private

Letting a team into your home is a matter of trust. Anything about you or your home, whether shared or seen during a cleaning, stays confidential. Our team members are bound by that agreement.

We may take before-and-after photos at first cleanings, one-time cleanings and move-in or move-out cleanings. Now and then we may need photos during a recurring visit, such as when a home isn't in its usual condition. We don't photograph personal items, and photos never identify you or your address without written consent. If you'd rather we skip photos, tell the office before your visit.

Tell us once how you like things, and it goes in your home's notes. When a technician signs in at your home, they see those notes. When they sign out, the notes close until your next visit. We try to send the same team of two every time.
